Sharon is a charted arboriculturist and Director of Sharon Hosegood Associates Ltd.  Following 11 years’ experience as a local authority tree officer she went into private practice in 2005.  She went on to be the managing director for a private consultancy before setting up her own business.  Tree in relation to development and construction, and tree root investigations are the core of the business.  Sharon has worked with TreeRadar for 10 years, and has carried out work, including Research and Development on the technology, on a wide range of projects from complex construction issues to finding the rooting spread of veteran trees.  She also specialises in urban tree management for construction projects in London.
